The Artimex 253-8 gymnastic Home Stall Bar is perfect for flexibility exercise, core training, building upper body strength or rehabilitation therapy.
Exercise@fitness.
Model 253-8 is a lower height unit at 6' 7-1/2'', able to fit in most home settings.
Our oval rungs (1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'') (see video) (round rungs 1-3/8'' in request) provide just the right fit to your hand for a strong comfortable grip.
The top rungs are designed for chin-ups and pull-ups.
Construction is of Pine Stringers (see video) and 8 Beech rungs.
The mounting of bars to both sides of the product is performed by using wood screws on the back side.
Installation hardware included.
Delivered with two wood slats ( mounting boards - see video  ) 1.3 inches thick (more distance on request), 4 metal angle brackets for montage on the Wall.
Shipped unassembled. Easy to assemble.

Stall bars can be installed on stud framing with the supplied slats. Drilling for proper framing location is required.
