Great tool for the whole body, because the swinging of the bar engages a lot of muscles in the body to minimize that swinging. It also makes the chinup much harder since you have to squeeze the whole body very tight to prevent the swing. If you find the regular chinup too easy, try doing them on this trapeze bar and you'll quickly see the difference.
